Jeff is a partner with Hutchins Clenney Rumsey Huckaby, P.C. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southwestern College in 1984. He is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the state of Georgia and has over 25 years of experience. He currently serves in the firm's tax and general services practice areas with a concentration in the agricultural sector. He has served on multiple community boards and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Southwest Georgia Academy for over 10 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
